This option is best for those who have a specific, upcoming grant opportunity they want to apply for. Full-service grant writing (completing a grant application from start to finish) includes the following:

• Assistance with developing grant project activities and deliverables 
• Writing Project Narrative and/or responses to application questions
• Developing the project Budget and writing the Budget Narrative
• Completing all other application components such as a Work Plan, Logic Model, Facilities and Other Resources, Management Plan, Data Management Plan, Technical Volume, etc. as required by the grant
• Completing all required SF forms (federal grants)
• Preparing and/or gathering supporting documents such as Letters of Support, financial documents, tax forms, Scopes of Work for contractors, vendor quotes, and matching funds documentation
• Formatting all application materials to ensure compliance with submission requirements
• Assistance with accessing and logging into online grant submission portals and platforms
• Assistance with entity registration in SAM.gov and setting up Grants.gov (federal grants)
• Submitting final grant application materials to the funding agency/entity by the deadline

Cost: Each grant is unique and requires a different level of effort, so rates vary based on the grant. Grant writing rates for state, federal, and foundation grants are:

• Foundation grants: $2,500 - $5,000
• State grants: $5,000 - $7,500+ depending on scope
• Federal grants: $7,500 - $12,500+ depending on scope

This service is perfect for organizations seeking tailored guidance on available grants without spending hours searching on their own. It includes:

• Initial Consultation: We'll meet with you to learn more about your organization's funding goals, activities, and operations so that we can identify the best suited grants for your business or organizational goals.
• Comprehensive Research: We conduct a thorough search of federal, state, and foundation grant sources to identify 5 to 10 viable grant programs that match your industry, project goals, and eligibility.
• Customized Recommendations: Each grant program is carefully vetted to ensure eligibility and that it aligns with your organization’s mission and capabilities.
• Grant Overview Document: You’ll receive a detailed summary of each recommended grant, including its purpose, project types, funding amounts, eligible activities and allowable costs, any special requirements, and deadlines. This will also match grant programs to specific activities or projects you want to accomplish.
• Final Consultation: We’ll review the grants we discovered with you, answer your questions, and provide recommendations on how to proceed and when to apply.

Funding Strategy Cost: $1,250

Optional quarterly updates with consultation calls: $400 per update/call

Grant Administration, or grants management, is the process of completing the reporting and invoicing requirements for a grant that has been awarded (won/approved). This service is customizable according to your grant's requirements, and can include the following:

• Assisting with the pre-award review process, finalizing award agreements and contracts
• Preparing and submitting monthly or quarterly grant reimbursement requests
• Completing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance progress reports and financial reports
• Tracking and monitoring grant expenses to ensure budget compliance and keep spending on track

Ongoing grants support is available for nonprofit organizations only. Grants can make up a larger portion of a nonprofit's budget, warranting ongoing support. Most nonprofits apply for at least one grant per month - sometimes up to four or six monthly. Their grant mix can include foundation, corporate, and government funding sources. Additionally, nonprofits can benefit from regular grant research to identify new grant funding opportunities. Lastly, the grants you've won likely require semi-annual or annual grant reports. We can help with that, too. 

Grants Support Packages require a monthly retainer with a minimum contract period of 6 months to ensure continuity and effectiveness in grant seeking efforts.

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE:

• Initial Funding Strategy (grant opportunities research), with monthly updates thereafter
• Creation and ongoing maintenance of a Grants Calendar
• Monthly grant research with new opportunities added to the Funding Strategy and Grants Calendar
• Monthly consultation meetings to discuss funding needs and plan for upcoming grant applications

LEVEL 1 - $3,000 per month

• All of the above, plus up to 2 foundation or corporate grant applications per month

LEVEL 2 - $5,000 per month

• All of the above, plus up to 4 foundation or corporate grant applications and 1 grant report per month, or 1 federal grant

Add-Ons: Federal/State Grant - $5,000 per application (only available with a monthly package)

Add on a federal or state grant application to your monthly package whenever needed
